Hand wash garments inside out in cold water and hang dry.  If you ordered a garment with foil, hang dry only- do not dry.

For all standard orders, allow 7-14 business days for production.  Standard shipping takes 1-5 days.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged in production.  You have 24 hours to contact us about the defect of the product.  If you have questions please call or email us before you place your order.

We do not accept cancellations on personalized items once the order has been placed.  If you have questions please call or email us before you place your order.

Can I customize the designs further?  Yes - call or email us about which product you like and what you would like to change or add to it.  We will send you mock ups before we proceed with your order.  248-499-9303 info@monogramthat.com

If you would like to change a design, style, color etc to an existing online team store. 

First we must contact the team store owner/director to make sure such changes are allowed to their branding.

Second there will be an additional $15 charge per change to an existing design, color, style, text etc. 

Once we have talked with you and gone over your idea and design.  We will create the design and send you a mock up.  You will get one revision for free.  After that if you want to make any changes to the design you will be charge $50 per art work change.
